1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Germany only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. How long does delivery take?
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping Time (Germany): 2–5 business days
Total delivery time is usually 3–8 business days.
3. How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Germany. No minimum purchase is required.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal only.
You can pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or debit/credit card through PayPal.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, but you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once the order enters processing or is shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
6. How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number.
Tracking usually becomes active within 24–48 hours.
7. What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
- Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping.
- Change of mind / wrong size: Customer covers return shipping.
8. Do you offer exchanges?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
For size changes, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.
9. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping.
